Deep Clinical Knowledge. Powerful Personal Insight.
I help women heal their hormones naturally so that they can get their mood, energy, and mojo back, and live the badass lives they were designed for.
My clients have often been frustrated by the medical system and are looking to do things differently.
In my practice, I offer deep clinical knowledge and powerful personal insight. We figure out how things got jacked up in the first place instead of just throwing a bandaid on the problem or playing “kick the can” with symptoms. With this proven method, bodies actually heal.
ABOUT MY JOURNEY
My mom tells me that my two first words were butterfly and cornbread. So you see, I’ve always appreciated the finer things in life: natural beauty and a great meal!
But the turning point came for me when my youngest daughter was diagnosed with a neurological speech disorder, apraxia. My “mama bear” instinct went into overdrive. Helping her heal became my main mission in life, and I spent countless hours desperately researching for any help I could find. The best hope after all that reading seemed to be in nutrition. It took me three active months to find anyone who would even talk to me in a complex and dismissive system, but as soon as I did, and we put together my girl’s protocol, profound changes took place in her speech. Today, you would never know that she had ever had any difficulties. Listen in to the full story on my podcast!
The change went beyond her though—it had radiated to me. A wildfire had been lit in my belly. So, after years of saying I’d never go back to school, I did just that. It was awesome! But the story didn’t end there.
What happened next? In my zeal to know it all and do it all, I crashed my own health and hormones. My daughter was healed, but I was broken. I had to turn my research chops on myself. And it’s a story I hear all the time from my clients—years of doing it all for family, friends, and career finally leads to crash and burn.
It’s now my passion and mission to be a guide for others who just want to feel GOOD and are confused and frustrated by the fads, media, and an unresponsive medical system. I take the time to listen, really see, and understand in a way that most people have never experienced before . . . which leads to results that have never been experienced before. It’s life changing.
